Attention All Sub-Dealers: Starting August 2010 the Instant Discount Spiff has been reduced from $50.00 to $25.00. Effective today, June 21, webConnect lines can be added to an account without counting towards a customer’s maximum line limit. For example, if a customer is approved for 3 lines and wants to add a 4th line for webConnect, they may do so without a deposit. The number of webConnect lines that can be added to an account will depend on the customer’s credit class. I also wanted to make a clarification on the discounted webConnect plan. The discounted webConnect plan (for example, $39.99 no overage plan) is available for customers that have more than one qualifying line of service on their account. The following terms apply: - If a customer has one voice line and one webConnect line, then the webConnect line will be at the $39.99 rate
- If the customer has no voice lines and two webConnect lines, they will also qualify for the discounted rate and both webConnect lines will be priced at $39.99
- The discounted webConnect lines do not qualify for any additional corporate discounts
- The monthly cost of the discounted webConnect lines do count towards the $250 minimum MRC required for customers to qualify for the small business discount (although the discounted webConnect plan will not receive the 8% discount, their other eligible lines will be discounted)
- If an existing customer changes their non-discounted webConnect plan to a discounted webConnect plan, they will not be required to extend or renew their contract

- There is no minimum MRC amount for the other qualifying line of service.
- The other qualifying line of service is not required to be on the same BAN; however, it is required to be under the same billing responsible party (example: Same SS number, Tax ID, etc)
